Good

Good products but slow delivery

Hi Alicia, I have looked into this for you. We received your order on the 23 December and dispatched it that day via Standard Airmail as ordered. The Standard Airmail service has a delivery aim of 7 working days. Since there were holidays (25 December, 26 December and 1 January) this would mean that your order would be due to arrive by Monday 6 January. I have got in touch via email to find out when it actually arrived for you. If it has only arrived today then I am very sorry to hear it was a bit late. I look forward to hearing back from you.
