Another great quality belt from Pioneer. If you're looking something a bit more minimal than a full-on powerlifting belt then the 3" is a good choice.
Also, the purple suede looks nice.

This is the 2nd Pioneer belt I've gotten from 9 for 9, and this one was for my wife. Since I wanted a belt that would last her for years to come, I went with the 3" wide XS 10mm thick belt, and she says it's a good size for a petite female. While the belt needs a bit of breaking in, she already feels the benefit of it when performing her lifts. I recommend checking with Darren and Emma for the appropriate size belt, and I am happy to recommend Pioneer belts to anyone.
