Refund and Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from when the order is received. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in as new condition. It must also be in the original packaging with labels still held securely in place. We also require that you return the original sales receipt. Full details about returns can be found here.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If an item does not meet the above criteria then we reserve the right to return the goods back to the original purchaser or we may offer you a partial refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

We aim to process returns within 5 working days from when they are received (Monday to Friday). You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed and the refund has been actioned.

If you have not included a copy of the sale receipt or a note with your order then this will result in a delay in processing of your return.

For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (please allow 5-10 working days for this to appear on your account).

If a promotion was applied to your order which is no longer valid after returning items, then these discounts will be removed and your refund adjusted accordingly.

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for both UK and international orders.

Where an order qualified for free UK delivery and returned items reduce the retained value below the £40 threshold (after discounts), the standard UK delivery charge of £3.97 will be deducted from the refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please allow 15 days for a refund to appear on your account after returning items to us. If after that time you haven’t received a refund, first please check your bank or credit card account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@9for9.co.uk.

Sale / bargain bucket / mystery items (if applicable)

Unless faulty, mystery items, bargain bucket items and items clearly marked as final sale are non-returnable for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges due to sizing issues etc. please re-order what you need and send any items back for a refund. If you need to exchange due to a defective or damaged item please send us an email at info@9for9.co.uk.

If the item was purchased as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver (the person that originally ordered and paid for the item regardless of shipping address) and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 9 for 9, 17 Central Avenue, Rochford, Essex, SS4 3BQ.

Customers in mainland UK can use our Royal Mail Tracked Returns label (provided when return requests are accepted) which is chargeable at £3.97 per return label. Please only create a return label after you have requested the return in your account and it has been approved by us.

If you are an international customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping you originally paid (if applicable) will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item of value (over £20), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit.

International customers (if applicable)

If you are an international customer outside of the UK then we can only offer you a store credit or exchange for any item(s) returned to us for use on a future order. We can also offer an exchange if you prefer. Additional shipping costs for dispatch of new items are chargeable.
