Brute – splash it all over (no-one under 45 will get that)

Very robust and comfortable. I'm 32" waist and got the small. Ends don't overlap when fully tightened (which is my preference). Very convenient having separate fastenings for belt and strap. Only issue I had was that the narrowest loops for the strap at the front were still a bit wide during belt squats, causing straps to dig into adductors pretty hard. You could either buy a larger size – more overlap would mean those loops were closer), or do what I did: wear the belt 'backwards'. Distance between the loops as sewn on the belt is much better. Carabiners are heavy duty, with no sharp edges like some cheap ones. Definitely seems built to last. Haven't gone above 60kg load yet, but confident it would hold 120kg as advertised without disintergrating. Great service from 9for9 as ever.

Thanks for your review Scarlett. We will feed back your comments to Brute Belt. Happy training!

So far so good

I've only used my Brute Belt a handful of times for weighted pull ups since purchasing it, but I must commend the manufacturers on the quality of the product. The stitching seems to be well done and there are no loose threads. Time will tell if things will hold up, but so far I am enjoying it and have no complaints.

Thanks for your review - we appreciate it! Enjoy your Brute Belt. Happy training!

Comfortable and functional

I bought a traditional dipping belt a while ago and the first time I tried it I was annoyed with it - the rigid back part dug into my hips and the weight dangled too low, nothing was adjustable and it seemed to be made for someone much bigger than me. As soon as I saw the Brute Belt I knew it would be better. The best thing about it is that you can tighten the belt completely independently from the weight strap. There are several hooks for the strap so you can position it in different ways. The belt is comfortable on the waist and feels very secure. I have only used a light weight on it so far but it seems very sturdy and I'm sure it will easily hold a lot more. Highly recommended.

Thanks for your review Catherine. Hope you enjoy your Brute Belt. Happy lifting!

Nice and comfortable

Way more comfortable than a chain style dip belt. I have used it for dips and pull ups so far and it has worked great. It has a nice snug fit and you don't really notice it when you have it on.

Many thanks for your review Phillip. We are pleased that you like the Brute Belt.
