This is a relaxed measurement with your arm hanging by your side. Measure the bicep 10cm above the elbow joint, then use this number with the corresponding size chart. Typically females will fall across S & M sizes.
Example For Elbow Sleeves
Chris measures his bicep 10 up from the elbow joint and it is 37cm. Using the size chart on the product page (or see above for it) he fits into the range for a 'Large' as well as XL size set of sleeves. In this scenario, the large sleeve would be a very firm fitting sleeve. The XL would be an easier sleeve to apply. If you are borderline, we would also recommend the size up for ease of use.
For a competition fit, he would select the smaller size (large). Keep in mind competition fits typically require the help of a gym partner to get the elbow sleeves on for obvious reasons (you only have one hand helping if you do it yourself!)
How to measure:
- Step 1 - Please have your arm hanging by your side (relaxed).
- Step 2 - Measure the bicep, 10cm above the elbow joint.
- Step 3 - Refer to the size chart.
- Step 4 - If you are borderline, select the size up for comfort fit, or size down for tight compression competition fit.
Great support for your elbows if you have tendonitis
My elbows have taken some stick over the years so they hurt a little doing some workouts (Bench) I got these Iron Tanks Elbow Sleeves to ease the pressure on them and they do just that.
I have about half the pain I normaly have after benching etc. so with luck could help heal quicker between workouts. Size guide spot on they dont slip when on, keep joint really warm and the quality is 100% will last years.......
Thanks for your review Archie. We hope that the elbow sleeves help and you can continue to progress with your training 👊
